Dear Followers,
Thank you for reading and welcome to my blog! My name is Felipe and I am excited at the opportunity to write this blog and share a few thoughts and lessons I have learned in my Christian walk.
The purpose of this blog is to share my journey of salvation and repentance. As a relatively new believer I have learned so many lessons and gained numerous resources. I felt a blog would be the ideal medium to share these ideas. I wish to share this solely to have someone read it and or share it with someone in need of answers. I hope my words and really the word of God are transformational. It was through testimonials and shared experiences along with my Bible studies that turned my life around. Not only have I seen my own transformation, I have seen it in countless others as well.
You may be wondering what exactly is an “un”saved believer. Well, that’s exactly what I hope to discuss and apply. I heard this term a year ago in one of the many sermons I often listen to online. While there was no definition I can recall I do feel it represents my struggle in faith. Throughout this blog I want to document and explore the Christian concept of being saved and how this applies to be a “believer.”
I want to share a few details and situations in my life and how I feel I saw the providence of God over and over again. For example, I do not consider myself a writer but I recently began a journaling project as part of a daily Bible study. I was amazed how my retention of the scripture improved and how that retention not only impacted my prayer life but my attitude. This change opened my mind to start a blog in the hopes it may assist others.
While the blog is my journey I really pray that I hear from you the reader. This blog is a safe place to share our journey together. The Bible is a perfect example on how reading and sharing the trials and tribulations of others can impact our own similar struggles.
In closing, I am beyond excited to do this and I pray it reaches those who need it most.
John 1 (NLT)
“In the beginning the Word already already existed.
The Word was with God,
And the Word was God.
Your brother in faith,
